Refer A Friend, Earn Rewards!

Eligibility:

1.1. Participation in the Customer Referral Program ("Program") is open to all existing customers ("Referrers") of Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies.

1.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Referral Process:

2.1. Referrers may refer potential customers ("Referees") to Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies via the referral link provided by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies.

2.2. Referees must complete all the details required in the form by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies for validation.

2.3. Only referrals made through the official referral link will be eligible for rewards.

2.4. The program will run for a period of three months starting April 24 to July 24, 2024.

Rewards:

3.1 Referrers may be eligible to receive rewards ("Rewards") for validated referrals (SQLs or leads confirmed by our sales team to have actual opportunities) and validated referrals that have signed a contract for any of the services determined by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies.

3.2. The nature and amount of Rewards will be specified by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies and are subject to change at its discretion.

3.3. Rewards will be in the form of e-vouchers as determined by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies.

3.4. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Referral Validation:

4.1. Referrals will be validated by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies based on predetermined criteria, including but not limited to, referrals validated to have actual service opportunities for any of Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies' services.

4.2. Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies reserves the right to reject referrals that do not comply with the Program's terms and conditions or are deemed fraudulent or abusive.

Privacy

5.1. Referrers may participate in the Program offered by Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies to refer their friends, colleagues, and contacts to Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies as potential new customers. To do so, Referrers must submit personal information about themselves and their referrals, such as names and email addresses, enabling Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies to send communications. This personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies' Privacy Statement, available at https://www.q2hrsolutions.com/privacy-policy. When you refer another person, you represent and warrant to us that you have obtained that person’s express consent to send them electronic communication(s) for communications regarding the program.

Communication:

6.1. Referrers and Referees may receive communication regarding the Program, including updates, notifications, and promotional materials, from Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies.

6.2. Referrers and Referees may opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by following the provided instructions.

Modification and Termination:

7.1. Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Any modifications to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on the Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies email or other designated communication channels.

General Terms:

8.1. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms & Conditions at its discretion.

8.3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

8.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
