Customer Referral Program is a referral program designed to encourage Q2's existing, loyal, and satisfied customers to refer our services to their network, friends, or colleagues to earn rewards for every validated referral. To participate in it, you must:
You ("Referrer") must fill out the referral link you will receive from our employees via social media or email.
You should complete the required details, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit referrals.
Winners will receive an email with instructions regarding claiming rewards.

To be eligible for the Customer Referral Program, you must:
Be an existing employee or Q2 Client for any of it's services.
Fill out the referral link provided by our employees via social media or email and make sure they complete all the required steps.

The Customer Referral Program will run for a period of three months, commencing on April 24, 2024, and concluding on July 24, 2024.

You can send referrals as many as you want for validation and confirmation, but you will only receive a reward for the validated referrals (SQL or leads confirmed by our sales team to have actual business opportunity) and referrals that will sign a contract with Q2.

No, you cannot redeem your rewards for cash or transfer it to someone else. It also cannot be bartered or sold.

You used, filled out and submitted the correct referral link.
All the requirements or details are completed.
It’s been at least 7 business days since you received a confirmation email regarding referral validation.
Check your email account to confirm you haven’t received the e-gift code. Make sure that you check the junk/spam folder.
